I was looking into working with SMI private client financial group but just found out that they are not CKA’s. Should I still do it?

I have a portion of my IRA in a mutual fund (Eventide - Gilead) that is performing worse than the others in the same portfolio (worse than 20% decrease in starting value)

What factors should I consider to determine whether or not move to another fund or to keep it there? I plan to retire within 5-10 years.
